If you bought Direwolf frame from Direwolf website, we will deliver it to you directly! All Direwolf frames are packed and delivered with standard frame box. Once you place the order, we will immediately arrange a time for delivery, and send you the Track No. and a notice/shipping list via email. After you receive the product, please check if the package and receipt are all intact. Once you find the product is damaged during transportation, please contact us at service@direwolf.cc immediately. We will arrange a replacement for you.

If you bought Direwolf frame from other e-commerce platform, such as LAZADA/AliExpress/Taobao/eBay/Amazon/PayPal, you must contact with seller to get the frame shipping information, and after you receive the product, please check if the package and receipt are all intact. Once you find the product is damaged during transportation, please contact the seller immediately, they will contact with us for your case. We will arrange a replacement to seller.

Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing: Usually 2-5 Business days.

Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Hope you could understand.

Once shipped, your order will arrive about 20 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances take place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas. 3. About Logistics and Express shipping

If you bought Direwolf products from Direwolf website, we will deliver them to you by EMS or AliExpress Standard Shipping.

We are happy to provide our customers with express shipping service. However, there are additional costs to consider before choosing this option. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

6. Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

If due to the tax problem, buyers refuse to receive the goods, then buyers need to pay for freight fees .We can declared lower price on the invoice for you to avoid the high customs fees.
